- Select the departure and return date
- Select no of passengers
- If you have a rail card then select it
- Click “Find Tickets”

How to get refund at Lumo?
- An administration fee of £10 per ticket (for Advance tickets) or per transaction (for all other tickets), you must submit your ticket for refund within 28 days of the expiry date of ticket.
- If you bought your ticket(s) from by telephone, on board trains, or
- For any printed tickets, the unused ticket(s) and seat reservation(s), along with your booking reference and refund form will need to be returned to: Freepost LUMO REFUND
Note: All refund payments should be made within 28 days.

- Login to your Accounts
- Enter the ticket details
- Enter why you want a refund (providing evidence to support your request if needed)
- Click “Refund request”
Can you reserve a bicycle on the train?
Its does not accept non-foldable bicycles as there is not enough space on board, however they have partnered with FIRSTLUGGAGE to transport your bicycles wherever you need them.
Folding bikes are welcome on the train and are not subject to reservation requirements. Pack your bike and stack your luggage before boarding the train.

Can you take pets on trains?
Pets can be taken on trains. Dogs must be kept on leads and other small domestic animals must always travel in a fully enclosed basket not exceeding 85 x 60 x 60 cm. Seats cannot be reserved for animals (except assistance dogs).
